    As a Professional Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing working relationships with Optometry and Ophthalmic practices within a territory, generating patient referrals to TLC.    

    TLC is looking for a customer service, patient focused individual to join the team to work as a Professional Relations Consultant.  This is an exciting opportunity to join the World’s largest LASIK provider and be a part of an amazing team!

    • Responsible for execution of TLCs refractive affiliate strategy through targeted sales and marketing efforts.
    • Relationship development with key referring ODs; development and execution of quarterly territory segmentation.
    • Work with corporate and group sales team to identify local/regional corporate (CAP) opportunities.
    • Drive key performance metrics to meet/exceed territory growth objectives; targeting affiliate segmentation referral growth.
    • Execute managed care and group plan tactics identified within territory.
    • Drive sales/procedures volume via OD referrals consistent with local and corporate goals and objectives.


    • Experience with high leverage sales.
    • Consultative Selling Skills; and Territory Management Skills.
    • Strong analytical skills (practice assessment).
    • Excellent presentation skills, public speaking.
    • Strong relationship building.
