    Administrative Coordinator




    Main Purpose

    • Answer phone calls, take messages and direct where appropriate
    • Greeting visitors/employees, having outside visitors complete the proper sign-in and security procedures
    • Handle special administrative projects, as well as overflow work
    • Help out with miscellaneous projects as required
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and volunteering to help others when own work is complete or in urgent situations



    Core Responsibilities / Competencies

    • Switchboard and front lobby reception
    • Administrative duties (voicemail list, contact list, calendar for switchboard relief, etc.)
    • Demonstrates positive attitude and a friendly manner
    • Customer service oriented; excellent communication skills.  Proficient with standard office equipment; Multi-task comfortably.  Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism; and exemplary organizational skills.
