We have the following opportunity in our New York  center for a Center Manager.


Main Purpose

  • Player/Coach, working routinely in rotation with PA and SCs (see appropriate job description for duties);  Day-to-day hands-on center management
  • Ensure TLC policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively
  • Staff and surgeon scheduling to ensure uninterrupted patient care while optimizing personnel utilization
  • Establish and reinforce center goals giving timely feedback on status, results and action plans for achieving success to the center team
  • Right People, Right Seats:  Staff performance, cross training and development




Core Responsibilities / Competencies

  • Manage day-to-day personnel, scheduling and staffing issues; Hands-on-support within the center for day-to-day tasks
  • Maintain a positive work environment for center team; Ensure staff are treated fairly and with respect
  • Shadow patient experience to ensure expectations are met and coach successes and area of improvements where needed
  • Ensures day-to-day surgeon needs are met;  Ensures Clinical Director and center staff work effectively together
  • Customer Service Orientation; Leadership style that fosters teamwork and fairness; hands on support within center for day-to-day tasks; ability to effectively shadow and coach
  • Exemplary organizational skills; and effective communication skills;
  • Passion for driving Operational Excellence in the Gold Standard Patient Experience
  • Cross Training and Development of center team members
  • Provide strategic input on local and regional opportunities, competitive activity and other business opportunities with an emphasis on market share and growth
