    The Special Events Texas Pod Supervisor will support the shaping and implementation of our Face-to-Face Marketing program while working closely with the Special Events Manger & VP of Sales. The goal is to identify best practices and events across the Texas market, specifically, in Dallas & Fort Worth, that meet our internal metrics/standards. The primary focus is to grow our “Events” program with an emphasis on increasing lead volume and revenue for Vision Group Holdings throughout Texas


    • Plan events from start to finish, according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
    • Manage events on a weekly basis that are within budget and ultimately exceed expectations.
    • Ensure events are completed smoothly while stepping up to resolve problems that occur.
    • Exhibit an energetic attitude while possessing high interpersonal communication skills.
    • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with vendors, businesses, and agencies.
    • Promote VGH brands to event attendees and corporate sponsors.
    • Monitor, analyze and report on key event performance metrics.
    • Perform all reasonable requests from management.




    • 5+ years of proven Face-to-Face Marketing and Sales experience.
    • Track record of managing promotional events.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our service and promotional efforts.
    • A competitive self-starter that is driven by success and earning potential.
    • Strong focus on lead generation.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Strong negotiator and closer.
    • Ability to travel 3 – 4 times per month.
    • Strong communication skills to foster relationships with executive level contacts.
    • Must be comfortable working outdoor events in all weather conditions.
