We have the following opportunity in Atlanta, GA

 

PROFESSIONAL RELATIONS CONSULTANT/SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  

Main Purpose

  • Execution of TLCs refractive affiliate strategy through targeted sales and marketing efforts
  • Execution of local, corporate and group sales activities
  • Work with corporate and group sales team to identify local/regional corporate (CAP) opportunities
  • Responsible for local sales and executive efforts
  • Financial Metrics:  Year-over-year affiliate referral growth;  Meets and/or exceeds territory growth objectives;
  • Targeted affiliate segmentation referral growth by tier
  • Execution of managed care and group plan tactics identified within territory

 

Value

  • PRC will focus on high leverage sales opportunities (top 25% Affiliate practice growth opportunities)
  • PRCs will focus on day to day field based needs to ensure attainment of local, regional and corporate growth goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales/procedures volume via OD referrals consistent with local and corporate goals and objectives
  • Provide strategic input and regional opportunities, competitive activity, and other business opportunities with an emphasis on market share and growth
  • Focus on high leverage sales opportunities (top 25% affiliate practice growth opportunities)
  • Consultative Selling Skills; and Territory Management Skills
  • Analytical skills (practice assessment)
  • Presentation skills, public speaking
  • Relationship development with key referring ODs; development and execution of quarterly territory segmentation; Prioritize day-to-day activities and execute on sales and marketing initiatives consistent with local, regional and corporate sales and marketing
