District Sales Manager
The District Sales Manager is a key member of the regional leadership team and provides tactical leadership, training and development to the PRCs and FSTs. The District Sales Manager is responsible for growing market share, affiliate referrals, and revenue through our affiliate referral network and corporate partnership programs. The District Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned region. The District Sales Manager is also responsible for building relationships within our Optometric referral network and supporting local sales & marketing initiatives which increase procedures within assigned geographic regions.
Partner with Regional Directors, Center/Business managers, Clinical Directors and Professional Relations Consultant to develop local sales strategies consistent with TLC Marketing initiatives that achieve and maintain profitable volume and affiliate growth.
